It was a quiet week on the dividend front. Of course, there was lots of noise on ratings (we discussed this
last week). After quiet weeks, we simply spend a couple of hours looking at our portfolio. We start by reading through the last week of
SENS announcements to see if there is any dividend news. We also keep an eye out for any other critical company announcements. Next, we review our dividend table to remind ourselves of current yield and growth rates. Unless there is an obvious need to take action, we leave our portfolio alone. We don't tinker. If we did, we would probably make value-destroying changes!
